Prior to joining Surgient, Jagtap was the founding director, product management and software development at All.com, a joint venture between Dell and Motive Communications. Before that Jagtap held various leadership roles at Dell and was responsible for Dell's Systems Management product development in the Enterprise Systems Group. Prior to joining Dell, Jagtap worked at NCR Corporation. Jagtap holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from the University of Poona, India, and a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
Wade A. Reynolds is a senior architect at Surgient specializing in server virtualization and infrastructure architecture.
